After more than a decade running roofing and contracting crews across Ocean and Monmouth Counties, our founder Eric saw the same story repeat itself: good homeowners entering six-figure projects with no one to verify the bids, audit the change orders, or hold the contractor to schedule.
TS Homes was created to fill that gap. We took ten-plus years of hands-on construction knowledge — how jobs are actually priced, staffed, and built — and put it to work exclusively for property owners. We know where projects go wrong because we've spent our careers on the other side of the fence.
